I have exciting to news to share. I recently accepted a full-time position at a local college. I’ve been searching for a full-time job for a long time. It hasn’t been easy. Thankfully, the tides turned in my favor. I’m so grateful and excited for the future.
When I first started my blog in a full-time capacity, I gave myself two years to turn it into a successful business. It certainly hasn’t been easy and has come with a lot of challenges, along with so many wonderful moments.
Time and again, I’ve had to pivot for many reasons. Well, I have to pivot, yet again.
I only have so much time and energy in a day, especially now that I have a full-time job, meaning some changes are ahead.
But, don’t worry, this doesn’t mean I’m done sharing Disney and vegetarian content.
What’s staying the same…
I’m still taking Disney trips.
I will continue to write and share information from my trips, but that will look different moving forward.
I will continue posting to social media.
I will still send my weekly newsletter.
I will still share my weekly dining recap on Fridays with help from Princess and the Bear.
What’s changing…
I’m stopping paid subscriptions on Substack, which means no more trip agendas, trip highlights, and real-time dining reviews.
If you’re a paid subscriber, this means you won’t continue to be charged.
I’m switching over to Substack rather than using WordPress. I put a lot of work into my website, but this will better for the written content I see myself producing in the future (and also help save some money). I may move/revamp some of my WordPress articles over on Substack.
Updates and news might not be as frequent on social media, but I will continue to share all of the latest in my newsletter.
Thank you for your continued support through all of the ups, downs, and changes. It means more than you know!

So excited for you! You deserve it. You have worked so hard and I hope that this new position will give you the freedom to do the things you love doing - like take more and more trips to Disney!
Just found your page. You had me at Disney 😍
but also, enjoy your new position!
